The Entrance Gate No. 2 on Minska Street (from Gocławska) is now permanently closed due to ongoing building work within Soho Factory.

The Neon Muzeum's Neon Foundation has saved the last two Sezam neon signs from the office building at ul. Marszałkowska. The owners of the building donated the neon signs to the Neon Foundation and both signs will remain in Warsaw.

The landmark Cepelia Pavilion, which is located on the southwestern side of the intersection of Marszałkowska and Al. Jerozolimskie, is an element of the the post-war urban plan for the reconstruction of the centre of Warsaw.

The modernist Cepelia Pavilion is being rebuilt in the center of Warsaw. The facility, which will regain its former glory, will eventually house an Empik store.
